Well like I said, the black ones I bought (at Wal-Mart) were great, they just crapped out ... mind you, this is after about 12 months of use so that's not bad considering those small wires are prone to breakage/shorting out so I'm okay with that. I just happened to already have the iPod ones and since I'm extremely broke, I'm putting up with them. As soon as I have the extra bit of cash to spare, though, I'm going to get me a new pair of the kind I had before.

I also really don't like the white wire. It doesn't blend well with my clothes and that drives me nuts.

Just how broke are you?

NQ Dusk Gloves are selling on the AH for 10k or less on Carbuncle right now.

Unless I critically overlooked something, these are still the second-best Red Mage TP Hands in the game right now. I'm debating whether or not I want to take the Mog Locker Space -1 until I can use them.

It's sad most other jobs were able to move on to better pieces of equipment (without -movement) but RDM remained proudly tied to Dusk gear.
