No, I actually do get it. What I don't get is why, when I drive less than 10 miles a day (and never on weekends only Monday through Friday), I haven't had an accident in over four years, speeding ticket in over seven, and I'm nearly 30, why my premium is so high. How am I really that much of a risk that I'm being charged nearly $200 a month? That's what doesn't make sense.
Granted, I think insuring my truck at all is stupid based on what it's worth, but aside from that, why is it so damn much? I am not more of a risk than some 16 year old girl who's hell bent on texting while driving with six of her friends in the backseat and some cheesy boy band playing loudly on the stereo. -.- The price is just not adding up to me. I have paid them on time every month so I've proven to be responsible thus far. Thus, I have no fucking idea why my premium is suddenly so much higher.
