    funny story. i used to brush once a day, never had problems.

    went to the dentist because i broke a tooth, lady tells me to brush at least 3 times a day with this toothpaste and use this floss and this mouth elixir, i start getting teeth problems in a matter of days and got my first tooth ache at 24.
