Oh! And I took some photos, but they suck. We went to this amazing working artists studio in this warehouse. You ride the elevator to the top, and go through all the galleries, taking the stairs down as you go. I stopped on floor 7 to take a few photos.

Thanks for the pictures Murphie! The church is beautiful and I bet that building with the mansard roof across from it is probably the rectory. I love architecture so I love seeing pictures from all over.

Yep, I'd love one of the showers with all the jets too. I actually got to use one years ago when I stayed in the Penthouse of Cesears Palace in Vegas. Had a little panic attack while using it though because all I could think was "What a waste of water out here in the desert!! OMG I shouldn't be using this!!!" lol

So what's the deal with Monster Hunter Frontier? How much pocket did MS line to make that game a 360 exclusive?

Monster Hunter is why I'm considering buying a PSP Go; that and Dissidia. I've been looking at the Go for a long time and missed my opportunity to buy it for $180. I keep reading reviews raving about how terrible it is, but their only valid reason for disliking it is that you can't switch batteries out. That's a design flaw, especially with a four hour battery. This issue probably only effects a small fraction of those playing it, to boot. The removal of the UMD drive was their attempt to move towards digital distribution, and if you like owning games for the sole purpose of selling them back when you're done with it you can still buy the Slim. These reviews on Newegg are completely ridiculous.

On the other hand, I don't plan on taking it anywhere. The PSP 3000's wider screen would make playing games on it a much more enjoyable experience. Dell was selling them for $120 brand new a few weeks ago. WANT.

DakAttack: Those 2 games are exactly why I bought my PSP 3000.

I've heard that the Go is uncomfortable to play for people with big hands, but I don't really know for sure since I haven't tried it myself. It looks damn uncomfortable and for MHFU, you need to use The Claw with your left hand which looks even WORSE on the Go.

I have a friend who has big hands and hates his Go. There are other reasons too but I'm just waiting for him to get fed up and sell it to me for $100. But if it's gone as low as $120, I might make him take $75!

I just bought a 3000 for $110, and Dissidia and MHFU for about $18 each. That's less than one new PSP 3000.

Of course I bought it used. The description said that guy had only used it four times, and that he keeps it in a protective case, which comes with the PSP. It also comes with a game. I've been stalking the listings on half.com and I've seen the prices drop as more a listed and none are sold. I thought it was a good time to buy, and I'm hoping I made a good decision. I'm really hoping this PSP is in good shape.

The two games are both new.

That part of Cincinnati has some of the most amazing architecture in town. As wikipedia notes it is believed to be the largest, most intact historic district in the US, and boasts the largest collection of Italianate architecture in the US. It's pretty cool, though pretty run down in a lot of areas. Some parts are pretty cool, but a lot are just depressing. You see these amazing buildings and they are just vacant, or incredibly low-income housing on streets that no one (especially the residents) takes care of.

Its sad to hear that Murphie, unfortunately it is quite often the case these days, we have areas in Lincoln like that even though we have a beautiful Norman cathederal (see pic below) The we have a couple of tower blocks and some run down terrace housing and the old concrete council houses which people are not looking after.
