    Its a damn shame that you have to do that but the prices are just insane! I mean I can get a White Castle burger for 60 cents but at the theatre they charge $3.50 for 2. And people don't be fooled by the popcorn, usually the med and lrg are the same size or VERY close (1/2 cup) to being the same size so buy the med. The only advantage to the lrg usually is that you get free refills and I don't know about you but I do NOT like getting up in the middle of a movie for refills so I never get one.

      plus they have those stupid rules about wearing pants, and I don't know about you but for 11 bucks a ticket I feel I deserve to let it all hang out

          Day 6 of doing nothing and getting paid for it...still unable to start my work, still expected to show up and sit here. On the upside at least I have a sandwich today, and I get free Starbuck's here.

            Free coffee and surfing the web for free money doesn't sound all that bad. Could be worse right?

            So I spent most of my weekend trapped in a hotel after realizing that I wasn't going to make it home driving through the blizzard on Friday. Glad to be back home now, but I'm in no hurry to go driving in the snow anytime soon.

              Yeah, could definitely be worse, though I'm still deathly bored at this point. That and the particular job I got hired for actually seems like experience I'm interested in getting, so I'd like to get down to work at some point.

              It is kinda nuts though, literally noone will respond to anything I do, both internal and external, our vendors aren't returning my calls/emails, our own employees our blowing off meeting arrangements, I've outwardly said several times that I'm literally doing nothing down here, and the uppers keep telling me to keep up the good work, lol.

                    I HATE MAIL!!!! Ok....So, newegg had a slight sale on some games so I picked up Halo ODST and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 for my brother and niece as a christmas gift. Newegg sends the packages DHL->USPS to my brother's job and I guess his job turned away the packages since it didn't have his business name on it or something even though I put it on the shipping for newegg to send it there. Long story short, the package is now at USPS and I have a sad feeling that they did not leave the tag at my bro's job to pickup or whoever works in the mailroom might've tossed the tag. Either way we have no way of finding out where it is unless we get that tab. I'M FAILING AT CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR!!! /CRY!

                    In other news...I ordered a shirt from Teefury for a coworker as a christmas gift almost two weeks ago. The shirt took awhile to send and finally shipped like last wednesday. Fedex didn't update the tracker until yesterday and it said it was on the truck for delivery in Saginaw. Why in the blue hell would it be on a truck in Saginaw coming this way (Flint) when I'm pretty sure we have a Fedex distribution center in Flint... Anyways it should've been delivered early but wasn't delivered until 4:50PM after I'd already left work when I could've picked it up. I checked the tracker from the time I got home until 12:00AM and nothing. They did not post that the package had been delivered until 7:00AM. In case you were wondering, my packages are usually shipped to my UPS Box which is about 10 minutes from my job. Only time I have them shipped to my house is when I am going to be at home on the date of delivery. For example next week when I am off of work. Bad thing is now I'm going to have to melee on the busiest street around today to get to the UPS Box LOL.

                        Many businesses do not accept personal packages on behalf of their employees.

                              They do which is why I'm unsure of why it wasn't delivered. Whenever I send UPS or Fedex packages he always gets them. *Shrugs shoulders* Meh called newegg and told them that I'd just reorder it and to get me a refund whenever USPS sends it back.

                              Me too, however I want to play Halo Reach more than ODST. I stopped playing ODST about halfway through. I only got them ODST so we can play firefight mode online lol. The only game we really play online together is GoW2.
