Wow fucking bullshit.

I sat at the fucking DMV for nearly an hour waiting to get my driver's license changed over from PA to FL and they finally call my damn number and it turns out I need my birth certificate, my marriage certificate (yeah good luck with that I burned that fucking shit), and my divorce papers. In addition to the Social Security card and my old license, which I brought because that was all I was told I would need.

I even talked to the receptionist who hands out the numbers when you first get there and she didn't say shit about needing my birth certificate or any of that damn crap, they just let me waste nearly an hour of my fucking life there.

Fuck. I hate the DMV. I hate bureaucratic red tape paper trail bullshit, and I hate the fact that people can't be arsed to tell you about it until after you've already wasted tons of your time.

Been there, done that.

And then I take them home and find one of them has $11 in the pocket.

Thrifty people bug me, even though I'm completely aware that what they're doing is saving them money and that if I did it I could save money too. The cheap racks usually have something nice on them, but I can't even shop at racks. The only clothes that fit me I have to find online, and they're usually not on sale. I just bought a pair of jeans for $30 instead of $40, which is nice I guess.

well, one nice thing about thrift stores is they carry more than just fashion and department store sizes. It can be very hit or miss, but there's no reason you can't find things in all manner of odd shapes and sizes.

Thrift stores are the best place for Halloween costume shopping, as well. You can get a wedding dress for like twenty bucks if you buy it over the summer in anticipation for the holiday, and you can be the bride of Frankenstein or something. You can get cheap prom gowns and go as Carrie or Miss America. I got costumes for my kids at Salvation Army one year, as well.

Thrift stores are pretty kick ass.

My friend and I used to hit up the one by our college pretty regularly. There was a lot of cool stuff we found in there in addition to the most comfortable pair of pants I have ever owned.

There was a lot of cool stuff we found in there in addition to the most comfortable pair of pants I have ever owned.

I've got an incredibly large desk for $50 (I have a hard time imagining it for under $600 new), the various deals I've mentioned, a Glastonbury shirt (so it's not the NMH Glastonbury, I don't care!), and plenty of clothes that still had retail tags on them.

Also saw a shirt with Matrix Lettering the other day about how only he can save us. Turned it around, it was about Jesus. I reaaaaaaaaaally would like to meet the guy that thought that up.

At first I thought, "Oh wow, I wouldn't want to be seen in public with something like that.", but then I remembered, "Oh wait, it's a fscking costume....................lol".

So, I just got back from Taco Bell, and they fscked my order up in every single aspect possible. First, I argued with the woman taking my order about what I wanted. The number six, two chalupas, chicken, no tomato or sour cream, and one chicken casadia. How difficult is that order? So anyways, they called two numbers, neither of which were mine, before she decided it was my order, and I got steak chalupas supreme and a steak casadia.

That happens to my friend every time he goes to any restaurant. I think they do it on purpose cause he always has an attitude.
