Just donated some blood to the blood drive that was being held at our company. It was awful. I had a big thingy sticking out of my arm. I think the nurse was cackling. For my sacrifice, I received a baggy with a flashlight, latex gloves, an emergency rain poncho, and a "Call Police" poster to put on my car if I ever need the assistance of law enforcement.

And Amazon just sent me my DVD of Dorm (or Dek Hor, literally "My School"). Saw a few clips of it online and I thought I'd like it.

Feba, I think we're going to have to agree to disagree. I didn't enjoy it, you did. The end.

I'm not going to say there were animes that I hated or didn't like, but I know there were a few I could not seem to finish. Banner of the Stars Series, and Gilgamesh were the only two I can remember trying to rake my eyes out after I got a few episodes into the series. I'm pretty sure I made it to the 2nd season of Banner of the Stars, but I kept falling asleep on the same episode at the same part. I found out the other day that Darker than Black Season 2 is coming out and I haven't finshed season 1 yet (kept falling asleep at the same part same episode.) I might go back and finish those after awhile even though a friend of mine told me he watched Gilgamesh until the end and it was the worst anime he'd ever seen.

Gilgamesh moderate spoiler

I slogged through Gilgamesh holding onto the hope that they would have the bad guys turn out to be the good guys later on. Their presentation of Gilgamesh in the first few episodes led me to believe there was going to be a twist at some point, but it never came. Instead they killed the pacing and resorted to some Deus Ex Machina stuff at the end of the series.

It's not a matter of who 'enjoyed' it. When you fail to understand one of the most blatant elements of the plot, you're going to be incapable of enjoying pretty much anything dramatic.
