That ship looks interesting and stuff, but I think I'll wait till Febonia resourfaces from the bottom of the sea* to move there. Also, let's not forget Feba will give Persocoms to citizens.

Not to mention I'm also expecting a job as a pilot in the Febonian Spacy (Valkyrie included) by then.

Seriously, if a normal missile can damn near vaporize a destroyer then what the heck is the point of having a missile detection system for even the uncommon yacht? Not like you're going to dodge it.

And while armor plating is nice, that's what armor piercing weaponry is for. Which if someone is shooting missiles at me, they'll have AP weaponry.

Gawd, people with money need me to show them how to spend it.


Also, you're looking for a copy of Endless Ocean? That ought to be just about everywhere these days. Fun game and rather well done with very nice music, if limited replayability IMO. I kinda wish some of the areas you can explore in it were just a wee bit bigger.

Same here in MX.

Every time I read AT-SAT I think about one of those Star Wars vehicles. So, a 97.3% result sounds like a pilot compatibility rating to me.

Vyuru: I'm pretty sure it's not just 'detection', I think I read something about it also dealing with them somehow. Not sure if it used chaff or some kind of interception or what, but at least it would be nice to know you're getting shot at before you're shot at. If you had the time, that would be nice to get to the escape pod submarine. Although I get the feeling this is more to deal with random pirates who don't really know what they're stealing from than it is aimed at assassins. Honestly, really, a lot of it is probably just for bragging rights and maybe intimidation factor.

And nope, Endless Ocean is actually really damn rare. Most places sold out and never bothered ordering more; Target clearanced theirs. Can find it online, but meh.

There is a BG parody version of that song. Go to the spam forum, and underneath the huge image of the taru riding the Goobue, there's a sound file. I can't figure out how to save it or link it so that's the best advice I can give you for finding it.

It will make you laugh though, if only at the internet phenomena that is a PYD thread. (Abbreviated so as not to spoil the entire premise of the song, the shock of it is much funnier IMO.)

lol, it let me right click it. At first there was a blocked script on the page so all it showed was a red X.

also, I'm not going to bother testing it, but a lot of times if you use adblock you'll find that flash apps like that actually link to mp3 files you can download, even if it's not intended to work that way.

Today was pretty great.

Went to the vet, am now considering getting a new dog.

Went to a Harley dealership, saw an abnormally high amount of fatasses. And not "heavy" people, not "obese" people, but "it's a motorcycle, not ass floss" sized people.

Went to a gamestop and picked up a game I'd nearly forgotten about.

Went to dinner, had a great meal next to a pair of anamatronic triceratops.

Went to the world's smallest public restroom.


All in all, pretty nice.
