Akashimo please take this advice to heart.

You drop out and go to a job interview. First question your going to be asked is why you dropped out? I can't see how you can give anything but a negative response to answer that. An employer will think twice about employing a dropout because if you just give up like that, would you do the same if you find the work too difficult their? The more you just give up, find the easy way out of things etc. the harder it will be for you to A get employed, B have a happy life, C actually earn some money and self gratitude.

Don't take the easy way out of everything mate, you will suffer more than you are now if you do or spend the rest of your life in drop out job flipping burgers or sweeping shit off the ground. You are at a stage where you can make something of your life. Work hard, get your grades and do something with your life, don't turn back at the first hurdle.

Now now don't overreact. During the job interview you just have to come up with a reliable story such as "I didn't feel at home there" or more obvious reason like "I want to make gil."

Jarre is right, don't give up on school. I can imagine how difficult it is with a significant other, 2 kids to tend to, a house/apt to take care of, and all of your other adult responsibilities. If what you are doing bores you so much that you have no interest in learning it, then its not the field for you. There has to be counselors on staff that you can go to and talk about your career with. Try that, think of the future. You are a strong, intelligent, independent young woman that has beautiful future ahead of you, don't quit. Think of it like this, if one of your children were you right now, would you want them to quit on their life? Is this an example you want to show them? It will be pretty hard trying to explain to them in the future how you quit college but they shouldn't. When you get older, regrets are a horrible horrible thing. Trust me, you do not want this to be a regret down the road.

Rate I'm going, I highly doubt i'd be able to start a family, nor any of the fields that people can major in at DeVry interest me. Only thing I want from life is able to pay the bills, and still enjoy being online. Nothing fancy, nothing expensive, just simple and comfy.

Look to friends/family/counselors for some support. Hell even go to the teacher and tell them you need help cause you are struggling. TALK TO OTHERS! Support doesn't just drop from the sky, you have to start the process by communication!......ok going to bed now. lol
