A - You have a right to own a gun. Period. It can be for hunting, protection, a collection, whatever. The owning of most types it is not illegal, what you do with it may or may not be.

Guns aren't for protection in Maryland, that's for sure. You're at fault if you've shot somebody who's broken into your house. From what I've heard Florida has even more relaxed gun laws and they have less gun violence. I suppose when somebody goes through all the troubles of obtaining a gun in Maryland they're hot and heavy to use it.

If I had the money I'd buy a taser or two. I'm pretty sure those are legal.

thats because Texas is just far superior to all others

the new law is even better: if someone trespasses onto your's or your neighbor's property and you feel you are in danger you can use necessary force to stop them. (or something worded like that)
previously, if someone broke into your house, you could shoot and kill them, but, if you didn't kill them, they could later come back and sue you for damages. the new law prevents legal recourse for the person who broke into your home.

So I just was witness to something and I'm not sure how to feel about it. I was using the restroom at work, and another guy came in to the bathroom, parked in one of the stalls, and well, let's just say he unloaded. It couldn't have been clean, you could just tell by the sound. Not that that's an issue, that's what the bathroom is there for. But...



I know for sure that stall is out of TP. I'm guessing he was in too much of a rush to sit down to look, but he's probably having an interesting time at the moment, I washed my hands and fled the scene.

This is why I try to avoid using public restrooms at all. I don't like to be faced with these kind of situations.

Reminds me of this one time when I was 4 years old.

Went in the bathroom at a family restaurant, went inside each of the stalls, locked them, and then crawled out under the door.

I just wish I could remember the aftermath.

I remember doing that, I thought it was hilarious. But you know, looking back I realize it was in fact very hilarious.
And I agree with Murphie, if its a job that takes more than a handful of seconds to complete, I'd like to avoid using a public restroom. They're more of a dire emergency type thing.

At school there's a bathroom with a stand-up stall right next to the door.

I curse the day I walked into that bathroom.

Who would even use that stall when the rest of the bathroom is empty, anyways?

In elementary school, none of the stalls had doors. Which is odd, since thats the one age where you really need doors.
