No there aren't.

The only thing iTunes is useful for is flashing iPods. iTMS isn't all bad, but it's not very good either. Just like iTunes itself.

There's nothing efficient about it. Using something just because it works is a horrible way to look at life-- that's like saying you don't want a brand new Honda Civic because your '93 Geo Metro still runs just fine; except in a world where cars are free and require no real resources to build. You're just sticking to the old thing because you're extremely lazy, not because it's 'efficient' or good.

Jarre, far less of us carry guns than you might imagine.

The explain why in the last week their have been 4 serious shootings at eduational establishments? If guns wern't as easy to get hold of in the US, these wouldn't have happened. The 4th of course being yesterday with 5 killed, try saying that owning guns is fine to the deads parents who seemed to be incocent victims.

According the the latest released statistics int eh US 80 people are shot dead and over 2000 are wounded each day from guns.

2 problems with this statement:

1 - 4 events in a country of over 300 million people is a very, very small minority
2 - The US isn't the western nation with the highest guns per capita, so even statistically there aren't as many guns as you make it out to be.

Figures have actually dropped over the last 2 years with more police targetting the gangs and asylem seekers.

The main problem here is incidents revolving around drink. There is a major bill being pushed through parliment to start tackling this.

Why doesn't Canada have higher gun crimes then the US? Maybe guns aren't the problem?

I was under the opinion canadas gun liscencing laws are much more stringent than the US's.

And mog has prooved the point that in teh US you don't need to be drunk etc. to shoot someone.
In the Uk 75% of violent crime is caused by drink or drugs, a proven statistic from evidence given in courts.

No, Canada's gun licensing is not more stringent. In fact, there are more guns per capita in Canada then the US.

Last I heard, mandatory licensing of weapons was shot down (hehehehe) in Canada.

More people die in vehicle related incidents then gun related incidents. Just like with cars, the vast majority of legal gun owners are not criminals. So maybe we should just outlaw cars too.
