Just to give an example. i am transfering this survey (pic shows part of it) yep theres alot of measurements, its for an old pub wre converting into a pub/restaurant.
The next pic is the 2d plan, as you cans ee alot of the walls measured arn;t straight, thats why we had to take so many measurements and diaganols, and you plot it on the cad system using circles and triangulation. Propsoed is on teh left, existing on the right.
and here is the 3D render of the ground floor exisitng plan before I start adding roof, decoration etc, this is the raw model. See if you can spot something amusing, we always add something in our models. we did a school project and added a small penguin in the model and had a competition called "spot the penguin" of which the kids could win some chocolaate if they spotted it. We do this as we involve the kids in the school designs to try and make schools a more enjoyable experience through the Architecture.
