/em is confused why people are complaining about the off topic thread when there's thousands of other threads to visit that cover a multitude of subjects.

I was in an RP shell for a few months. I found it an interesting way to play the game. Too bad it disbanded.
Really, as long as you don't start obsessing over it (hardcore larpers come to mind), it's a pretty fun thing to do.

Heh, never really rped on the game, but a while back i seriously rped on aim and yahoo, before the user chat roomed died, then the fun died down cause it wasn't as enjoyable trying to pick up random ppl sooo began the forum lurking fun...
