Seems like only Pepsi is making any sort of effort to get cane sugar back in soda, even then its only something they do early into the fall and then late into the winter.

I rather like the "throwbacks" though because they change up the can designs, too. Coke changes up designs, but only with themed silhouettes which is kinda dull.

The bottled throwbacks have started trickling back into stores, but I haven't seen them by the case yet in my area, so I'm looking for them.

I drink about a gallon of water a day, more on hot days. But its pretty much all I drink on a regular basis. I have Snapple Raspberry Ice Tea about twice a week, but only 1/2 a bottle at a time or I'll be taking a nap. About once a month I have a Sprite because I LOVE it so much but again only 1/2 a can so someone has to share with me. And everything has to be over ice, I can't drink any non-heated drink without ice. Milk is a no go since it gives me extreme gastric issues which pisses me off since I used to love milk AND my doctor pushes for more protein and its an easy source. So I'm basically flooding my kidneys now while they are still hanging on and holy hell is going to be hard when I have a restricted intake since I'm so used to sucking down that gallon a day.

Yeah, I've upped my water intake to two 32 oz bottles (Nalgene, refillable) a day. I need to drink more though. And work out more. And be less fat.

I have been sooooo lazy about working out right now. I've been blaming it on the fact that I now live on the third floor and thus, have been getting at least that bit of exercise daily along with the unpacking and rearranging of things, but I seriously need to do some exercising.

Murphie, you don't look an ounce overweight in your pictures and if someone can not love you because of a little extra pooch then they wouldn't love you without it either.

My sister is fairly heavy (it runs in the family), or used to be. She's still not petite, but she's been going to school for health and nutrition, and I'm really proud of the strides (literal and figurative) that she's made. She always fits little workouts (like stairs) into her day, and it's made a real difference.

TGM: I know. I am mostly being facetious. I figure if someone can't like me the way I look, then they aren't worth liking. The guy I dated recently was like that. He was fine until he realized I didn't have serious muscle definition. Then he was all "Let's be friends." I know better than that. I should have kept my shirt on.

The changes to my diet and my physical activity are, ultimately, all for me. I promise.

I tried on some clothes that I found from before I moved. Most of them don't fit, but quite a few of them actually do. Granted, a lot of the clothes that fit are maternity clothes, but semantics.

Boy, though, if that didn't motivate me to start being a little more active. I'm like Murphie's sister. I do try to toss in small workouts throughout the day. I park in the parking garage (unless I'm late) because it's a much further walk. I don't ever drive to the mailboxes, rather walk. I obviously have no choice but to take the stairs at least once when I'm coming home from work. I try to walk over to the other buildings at work.

I would like to get better about doing regular workouts. Like swimming, or biking. My rollerblades somehow did not make it down here from PA when my dad brought my stuff, which sucks. And I really wish I could afford dancing again, because I miss it, and it was the best way for me to keep in shape over the years, because it was something I loved to do.
