    Final interview on Wednesday for a job that pays me 20k more/year +commissions of 10-20k/year. I'm one of the top two candidates, and I have more experience than the other one. Hell. Yes.

      Good luck man, you shouldn't have any problems nailing it.

      I'm actually heading out to an interview myself later today. The boss might have finally found some billable work to put me on doing SharePoint voodoo for the Navy. Here's hoping I'm up to the task, seeing as how I haven't really done anything with SP for months.

        Teefury has a $5 random shirt grab bag today in case anybody was interested. Some of the possible shirts are listed on the page, and there is probably a full list on the site somewhere.

        Adding to my post from yesterday, one of my co-workers (The same one who mentioned to me that the Print Room Tech was retiring) told me to notify the supervisor that I was interested in the position. I was going to do it tomorrow, but I said what the heck, do it today while nobody is around. I walked in there and talked to her and she said that she was going to talk to me after the job had been posted (To see if i was interested), and she was actually glad that I was interested. Training curve would be lowered since I already have alot of training on that position, so there wouldn't be too much for me to learn. She is a great person to work and very understanding unlike some of the supervisors who work here lol.

        I feel sorry for whoever gets my job though especially with the amount of changes being made to it within the last two years.

                  @TGM, you can get up to 3 separate grab bags, so that is 9 shirts. Last grab bag I spent like 60 bucks paying for 9 tees+shipping LOL. Luckily they were all different because some people have complained that they got 1 or 2 duplicate shirts.

                        Agreed. However, I'm not gonna be the one in charge of fixing it this time around. All I've got to do is instruct users in how to use the damn thing.

                          Second tuesday of every month there are updates, we push them to the servers on sunday evening, monday morning it doesn't work, it's really easy to figure out why.

                          Sharepoint has been a steaming pile of shit from it's inception, unfortunately I'm not at places before I'm hired there when the decision to implement it is made.

                            Ok I go for my first major therapy session and the therapist is fucking ill >.< reschedyled for tomorrow evening,. Not happy, was physcing myself up for it all day >.<
