      I set it up 3 hours before she got home, and when she got home, I left to the gym. So It would have been a lot of recording.

      She didn't use the faucet till about an hour after I left.

              I guess Casey James from American idol is in town. He's from where I live, and I guess they felt the need to give the guy presidential escorts on the highway. The cop tailing behind wouldn't let anyone pass him, them a cop upfront would block the on ramps so people couldn't merge on the highway.

              Ridiculous.. Is all that really needed? No one watches that show anymore so no one knows who he is.

                I really wish American Idol would die already.

                I listen to country radio on my commute every morning, and so on Wednesdays they feel the need to recap American Idol. Fucking why? First of all, we're listening to country, and AI is a pop show. (Granted, we got Carrie Underwood and a few one/two-hit wonders, but still, pop show.) Second of all, if I wanted to know about what happened on American Idol, I would have fucking watched it.

                Give me the sports scores, the weather, and the local news during my commute. I don't need the reality TV standings along with that. Oh, and play some frigging music.

                  Yeah it's getting annoying. I think with Simon leaving, we may see it ending soon.

                  But I wouldn't really say it's a pop show. American Idol could be rap, pop, rock, country.. Just depends who makes it in.

                  Mostly everyone who has won so far has sing pop though.

                    True. It has been a long time though since they got a season where almost everybody on the show was good. It is funny now that certain people have won in seasons past and disappeared off of the earth, but people who didn't win are icons now. (I'm talking about you Taylor Hicks you won and where are you? Daughtry lost but had a #1 CD. Jennifer Hudson lost but has Academy awards and what not.)

                    The show hasn't really been good since Seasons 4 and 5 in my opinion since now they throw in more curve ball people who suck and should've been left out so somebody better could get a spot. Talking about you Sanjaya...and a couple of other people from the last 3 seasons who were horribad every week and stupid douches kept voting for them so they'd stay on. That shit pisses me off to no end when somebody good goes home because these teenage girls (and guys) vote for somebody because they are cute, not because they can sing well. If they could limit the votes people do, it'd make them think twice about voting for somebody sucky and instead voting for somebody that actually performs well and they don't want to see go home.

                    TL;DR Show is horribad now, and I hope the new show is better.

                    Idk who they're going to get to replace Simon, but if it is Howard Stern I am done with the show lol.
