So a little story...

Sometimes you can't fathom how someone stupid people can be. I had one of those moments with someone today....my older sister. She got an eBook reader for Christmas and today she told me about the book she bought at the store. I said, "So explain to me why you would go to the store and buy a book when you have an eBook??" This was her reply....

"Well it cost more on the eBook. I don't know why, I guess it was the hardcover edition."

Amazing. How old is your older sister anyways? I thought you were like late 70's, so she must be OLD.

I know why the ebook version costs more: Apple. They drove the prices up on ebooks and now all the other companies have to follow.

Hate to break it to you Cheesester but I am the baby. My oldest sister is 66, the next one (which is the eBook owner) is 58, and the next one is 52.

Ok...eBook readers...

When I bought my previous reader I paid over $300 for it. Now a more up to date version but still basically the same features is $200+. So I don't understand the point being made.

Ah the actual ebooks. Well greedy publishers will always want more money. In the years I've read ebooks, I have purchased one book. So they can charge whatever they like, the people will either buy it or they won't.
