I forgot to log out in Aery last night, but who cares, no one will be on to kill Faf from my ls anyway, except maybe two people. Update days suck. I'll get my new WHM spells then I'll go run and get ToD if no one else has gotten to it.

Lol definitely - but I did get the select few that protested with a few /sighs.


Despite all of the desperate gil chucking, I did help several newer players grab the nation eggs. I'm pretty sure I can navigate the Trade menu blind now.

So I am playing through Metal Gear Solid 2-- one sitting, almost done with it.

Apart from the general creepiness of realizing this is set two and a half weeks from now, with the way GW keeps going on about unnecessary, junk information storing up every second, it is enough to make one wonder if Kojima foresaw Twitter.

Apart from the general creepiness of realizing this is set two and a half weeks from now, with the way GW keeps going on about unnecessary, junk information storing up every second, it is enough to make one wonder if Kojima foresaw Twitter.

I remember watching this old anime from the 80's during middle school in 2001. It was a futuristic earth with cybernetics, levitating cars, and interstellar travel....set in the year 2000.

The thing about MGS is that, just when you think they're pulling stuff out of their ass, you find out that something actually exists. Like in MGS3-- a portable nuclear weapon that could be fired by infantry? Yeah, ri-- owai, nvm, they actually did have those.

And then there's the fact that they clearly research every goddamn tiny thing, and spend a good amount of time whacking the player over the head saying "hey, look at these cool things we learned. aren't they cool". The bosses are over-the-top nonsensical to the point of basically being supervillians, but other than that they stick very close to the possible.

The bosses were insanely annoying. The Fear wasn't even challenging and engaging, it was fucking tedious and time consuming - oh wait, the time consuming part was with The End...


Out of everything they've researched, the operation of the human body was completely overlooked.

Sitting down for consecutive years helps an old man conserve enough energy to make a full sprint through the forest when I tiptoe towards his perch? Got it.

I'm the same way. I like to pull a few celebration backflips right after a 12-hour session of leveling.

OMG OMG THAT WAS SO FUCKING AWESOME!!! HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHAHA I just said to hubby "After I'm done reading the forums I'm gonna use the bathroom and then clean it. So if you need to go, go now." (Cause I had to tinkle) Then I wasn't going to watch that video but decided to and I seriously nearly pissed my pants laughing. I don't think I ever scooted so fast to the bathroom in my life!
