    Wrong. The system was intended to be party-less. Even after political parties started emerging, there was a good 5-6 different parties. Over time some died out, several split, but most merged into one of the two major parties we have today.

              Out of curiosity, which races are you guys watching closest, or at least most interested in the outcome of?

              Personally, Prop. 8, Franken/Coleman, and whoever Saxby Chambliss is running against. I also think Missouri's presidential vote is likely to be very interesting, as well as maybe Georgia, and Montana if third parties are as involved as I'm hoping..

                Oh, I agree Feba. It sucks when you don't want to vote for either of the main two candidates, but doing so is pretty damn worthless. They only thing you can possibly hope to accomplish is that future candidates might see these other parties getting votes and steer them more towards what you are looking for. A long-shot at best, but it does give the few people who vote for these candidates some hope.

                      For it to deteriorate, it would have had to have developed in the first place.

                              Not anytime soon most likely, I only had time to make them at work, and the web filters here ban't all of my sprite sources and IT deleted my gif animator and ban't the place where you d/l it from.
