My boyfriend and I just gave our realtor the go-ahead to make an offer on a house today (a first for either of us). I am freaking right the fuck out and about as nervous as I've ever been.

This makes every other decision, regardless how trivial or unrelated, an exercise in tension. Should I post this? OH MY GOD I DON'T KNOW.

Thank you. I always feel the urge to try and defend Indiana. But it doesn't take long for that to die. I will say you would totally want this house if it were located somewhere better.

That's not annoying. What's annoying is basically being assigned weekly tests to be taken online that require exuberant amounts of effort, as well as random ass work we have to do, print out, and keep a portfolio of, and finally we're required to spend various amounts of time talking to a computer in an attempt to master pronunciation.

Oh, and for the first week and a half the instructor wasn't even in the country.
