Well, it is mostly true for anyone that would be pirating it. There are professional fields where GIMP won't do, but for just shopping things and making graphics and sigs and the like, it's fine.

Well I just woke up from a horrible nightmare bringing up old emotional trauma. So the April fools stuff hasn't really gotten through to me yet.
