Time Warner. Which I've mentioned about a half dozen times already. I didn't pick up this stuff, it's not my account, I'm not sure why it's my fault.

It's hard to give helpful suggestions that should be in the manual. I'm not saying it's your fault, but your ISP seriously should have easy to read instructions on whatever their stuff is.

It's not my ISP. And they didn't. Which is obviously a problem. I'm sure it will all be sorted out this week.

Any problem I've ever had with any Time Warner modem EVER was solved by me unplugging it for a few seconds, then plugging it back in.

I don't know why they make consumer hardware so damn impossible.
