Reminds me of the hospital I used to work at. We changed computer systems and got an hour long course on what to do, then they threw it online and were surprised when everything went to hell in a handbasket.
Still have some friends that work there, apparently the whole damn hospital is changing to a totally new and different system in a couple months. A few thousand employees with minimum training, all one day, and most of them are already incompetent. Bad things are going to happen. And this is a hospital we're talking about, so when things go totally FUBAR people actually do die.

I didn't watch them, I just can't sit through more than 10 minutes of it. My roommate watched the whole damn thing. I just don't get it.

Well considering the crap that has been to the cinema recently non of tehm deserve an award, its about time some original films are made. Their all spoiled, overpaid ejits anyway.

I guess you guys get different movies than we do, because this year's crop of films was some of the best I've seen in a long time.

Most of the Oscar nominated films were great. There Will Be Blood, No Country For Old Men, La Vie En Rose, even maybe Juno. I didn't care for Michael Clayton, and I could take or leave Elizabeth: The Golden Age, but there were some really solid films.

edit: I forgot Atonement, Persepolis and The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. All good.
