    2. Is that suppose to be Sony's way of covering up their retarded marketing blunders?

Sure, the bindings needed to be loosened so the man could play the system, thanks to the horrible control interface. ZING!

But seriously, folks, let's not turn every thread into a competition of how negative we can be about the topic. Malacite's post has nothing to do with Sony PR blunders from almost a year ago.

Point 1 was the most important here. Makes you wonder if this guy really was abducted and then beaten like he claimed over a 9 day period. I'd think he'd be near death at this point, probably not even strength enough to move about. Wallowing in his own bodily fluids and waste, severely dehydrated and probably maimed.

        I smell a fish...

Yes it did, though the PSP itself didn't save the guy.

Kidnapper A gave kidnapper B a PSP to play with, then kidnapper B fell asleep while playing it.
That's when the victim managed to escape.

one of the two assailants had given the other a hand-held video game that he played "virtually all day that day and much of the night."...kidnapper played and, when the he had fallen asleep, used the opportunity to escape.

when faced with the need to survive humans display feats that are not expected under normal activity. People have lifted far more weight than possible.

@. @ my point was those movies are all about stressing the importance and reawakening of the human survival instinct and pushing people to do unnatural things to survive.

Good thing they didn't have a DS then, the man never would've survived.

So it's possible to lift far more weight than is possible? LEARN ENGLISH.

And it's called adrenaline, and it's not that great.

                        Adrenaline takes my pains away.

The guy was a wuss; nine days, really? In a situation like that there's a few things you can do to a man while he's asleep that you can pass off as self defense.

In Texas, it's vogue to kill strangers on your own property in the name of self-defense.
