    Losing a loved one

    Well i have just been informed that my girlfriends grandfather has had a heart attack and there not sure if hes gonna be ok. It sucks losing a loved one...the only one that i remember losing was my great grandfather 2 years ago next month. He died of luccemia(sp?)(bone cancer). I feel sorry for my girlfriend right now and anyone whos ever lost someone, it sucks. I hope hes gonna be ok and there is a chance he will be but man...its harsh.
    What also bugs me is that i cant be there for her right now....all i can do is talk to her over internet but shes not doing to much of that since shes talking with her mom and other relatives spreading word and such. I just wish i could be there.

    Also a little curious....(even thoughts its kinda pointless since theres no doubt people on here have lost lots of relatives) but who else has lost someone? What happened to them?

    Just a little curious even thought its kinda personal. And not to sound weird or anything but i like to hear people tell of relatives that have been lost....not becuase its like "good" to hear it but its just one of those things that like...i guess makes you think about everyhting as a whole and were all human and such kinda subjects. Kinda brings sense of togertherness or something.

    (Also I really hope there are no other Threads out there like this i didnt bother checking and if there is one....sorry...)

      yeah sorry never understood what that ment ...never had to ask since it was never directed towards me...translate please.
      and by that of course i mean the FTD part not the protip part(just clarifying so it wouldnt be necisary later)

        i lost my great grandmother. she died of old age though

          my great granddmother (on the other side of the great grandfather that died) died of old age too. But i dont like...really remember her...just bits and pieces....but i dont remember her death.

              One thing you need to remember is that it usually is quite a shock to teh family. The family then need some time to sort out their emotions etc. Depending on the person, sometimes that person needs a little space and time with her family and then she will come to you for comfort. The main thing is your in contact and she knows you are there for her. Sending flowers is always a nice jesture.

                Ok well i found out early this morning he's gonna be ok. And i spent most of the day with her cheering her up since she had a scare i suppose.

                lol before i read this post to see FTD when i went to pick her up i snatched a few flowers from my moms garden lol. Shes doing ok now...We had a good day at movies bookstore and my house for dinner with my grandma sister mom and I.

                Her grandpa i think is gonna get outta the hospital tomorrow and go back home for some bedrest or something like that i think.

                          idk why im actually talking about this but my cousin was murdered at age 26 for no reason by some people robbing a 7/11, who happened to choose him, i was 15 when that happened.

                            wow that sucks...for both or ya'll.
                            My grandpa was shot while taking his morning walk when i was like 2...i dont remember him....

                            Lol i was a RAmar first too. When i tried to use that name on FFXI it was taken..my second character was a HUmar so i went ahead and named it that....(still wish i coulda gotten Ramar though )
