What is this? The advertisement said and I quote:

Which I asumed was referring to World of Warcraft the MMO, but aparently it was about Power Ranger costumed people.

The rest of them appear to be dressed as the boss characters in Scarlet Monastery, so I can assume the undead in question being cosplayed is probably the semi-kinda-sorta-boss hidden off in the back of the cathedral.

I never ran Scarlet Monastery. Well, at least not in a normal group. I did farm there with my Rogue later to disenchant the drops.

So I guess that's why I didn't recognize them.

There is an undead boss in the Scarlett Monastery. He's on the right side of the Cathedral in one of the rooms.
