Lost?

im not seen im not heard, im not not touched, im not talked to, i have a vision that no one can see, they all tell me what i already know, but not what i want to hear, if i see something that no one else does, that makes it no existint?, i would certianly hope not for then i am nothing, what is this dream, but a dream with in a dream, am i alone or are there others like me?
