I think there's a missconception about this.

What should be said is not that there are no gamer girls playing online games, but that chances of a guy getting a gamer girlfriend while playing an online game are very, very very, very, very, very small.

Although... chances of a guy getting a boyfriend who pretends to be a cute gamer girl are very, very high.
