please read and help me asap!

i have to go in 1 hour 20 min.

i have a report on a book due tommorow but when i reserved the book three weeks ago they said it would be here in two weeks and its still not here so i couldnt read the book >.<

the book name is "shadow divers" by Robert Kurson.

I just need simple simple things.

1. main character(s)
2. Supporting characters and their relationships to the main character(s)
3.and what kind of book is it. fiction, non-fiction, or historical fiction.

and if possible a fast summary of the begging of book, middle and ending.

please if i dont get this ill be screwed >.<

im a junior in high school and just was unlucky to not get the book.

I've never read this book, but with just a cursory search around the internet, I was able to find quite a bit out about it. Maybe you should give that a try, rather than asking us to spell it all out for you.

I mean, I realize that may seem harsh, but for crying out loud. The book has been out for a few years, and you don't even know if it's fiction, or non-fiction? Amazon.com, several other online booksellers, or even your local library should have a copy for you no problem. Give them a try.

I've never read this book, but with just a cursory search around the internet, I was able to find quite a bit out about it. Maybe you should give that a try, rather than asking us to spell it all out for you.

well aparently i didnt spell it out well enough.... i said its due tommorow and couldnt get the book and ive been searching the internet for the past 6 hours

Perhaps I didn't spell it out well enough. You've had three weeks to work on this assignment, and it's not our responsiblity to bail you out at the eleventh hour because you didn't do any work up until now.

If I can find a fair amount of info in a cursory search over the course of one minute, you can certainly find a lot of information over six hours.

two things, been searching and no theres no character list in any "first two links" and also i didnt procastinate i ordered it but they were out and was expected to get them a week ago but they never got it. it is simply not my fault. i woulda had this done weeks ago

That's why you order from more reliable booksellers. And if I had three weeks to do a report, and I hadn't gotten the book after the first week, I'd cancel my intial order and get one elsewhere. In this day and age, you can't really make that kind of excuse. Almost anything is a day or two away via Amazon.

I imagine you could find a character list if you had read the book. I mean, what kind of grade are you expecting to get anyway? "Hey, I didn't actually do any work, but late last night I went online and asked some folks in a forum to give me the rundown." Do you think your teacher is an idiot?

well theres two librarys near where i live and ones really far out of the two.

one didnt have it ever like not even in there book list and the other i reserved it from and also i have no money to buy the book and cant afford it.

i had 150% no way of geetting the book. stop trying to like flame me on how i couldnt get a book when its not my fault

That took me all but 5 seconds to find.

Somebody close this thread before more nonsense arises.....and if there's a lesson to learn from all of this, DON'T PROCRASTINATE. You could have easily obtained the book from an outside source, unless you live in the middle of Nowhere, Wyoming.

BTW, all I had to do was type "Shadow Diver summmary" on google, and voila! Plenty of results.
