Hello. I have been forced by your actions to create a secondary account now to voice my complaint. Saying I had "like 200" was merely a random guess at an amount, not an accurate or even semi-accurate representation of what I actually had. If you have any sort of records you'll see that I've ben a member of this website for almost, if not over, (I forget) a year now. You have my DoB, and to assume just because I had large amounts of Gil on the website that I have hacked the system is unjust in the extreme. I did nothing of the sort. Yes, it is possible someone else did, but I am fourteen FFS. Have I any past indication of having done such a thing? No, I feel not, and if I honestly gave a shit about hacking would I be posting here now saying why the hell'd ya do this? No I'd be off creating another account and doing it again. What evidence do you truly have that I hacked? And gimme a break here, what kind of person hacks a website like this for the Gil, then gives it away in huge quantities?!?! ((X*150%)*150%)*150% etc can acrue up to large amounts I feel, or whatever the interest rate was. Somebody said it in an earlier post but I can't remember what. If, for example, someone well known to the forums had acrued so much you wouldn't assume a thing; Mog says

awww ;; I thought he was a nice guy.

Had it been the other way around and Mog giving away volumous amounts of Gil, you wouldn't have banned him, no. Hell, even if BRP did it ya'd assume it was from his constant spam, not hacking the system. TBH, seeing as I no longer play the game and that money had been sitting there for about nine/ten months, I don't particularly care whether I get my account back or not. What I do care about is that you at least look into this properly without the sheer bias you assigned to my case. I fully expect this post to be deleted and my second account permanently banned, probably this time for something like impersoanting an Admin or some such idiocy, but I'm not gonna let this go unchecked. Please, at least do something rather than exerting your power because some kid got excited about the money he had. Oh, and one last point, how many hackers retarded enough to advertise the fact they'd been doing it would have the level of intelligence to apprehend the situation and make a formal complaint like this? Oh, and another one last point. Feba said that Starving Artist had more. Do I see him banned..?

Anyway; total gil in bank and pocket together was whatever I had on me. However, when I logged out last night I deposited it all bar one into the bank. Wouldn't lemme put the last one in for some reason. =/ I would check but seeing as I got banned, I'm not quite sure how to do that. I guess I could always hack back in and re-enable my account whilst proving my l33t 5k1llz0rz are the best around, but then that would just give them something else to ban me about.

StarvingArtist had around 30 million or so about a month ago, and he got a VERY hefty donation from site owner PiNG when forum gil was first implemented around 2 years ago (traceable via the Shop history).

The interest in the FFXIOnline bank is substantial, but only effectively doubles your total once every month or so. Not nearly the rate of exponential growth required to hit nearly 600 million in less than 1 year.

You have 48 posts. Total. That's a basis of 720 gil if you posted them all even on your join date. Nowhere near enough to accumulate even 1 million gil from interest alone, and there is no trace of you receiving forum gil from other sources (Thief, Donate, or otherwise).

How long would you like to protest your innocence with nothing to back you up, hm?

I was referring to that, surely if the administrative system here is anything, you have back-logs of gil asigned to each user? Then look through those and see when I suddenly happened to recieve 538 million gil. Oh, and why the fuck would I hack it if I a) hadn't been on for nine months, b) play the game anymore, and c) not logged in. Why hack myself 500+ mil then not even use it, until I decide to, at which point I give it away?

Oh, and BTW, it's amazing, how quickly people turn against you the second something you've done is in doubt, isn't it. Yesterday I thought I'd be nice and hand out the gil I'd got somehow, and oh how nice everyone was to me then, including yourself Mog. Yet now, oh no! I'm a bad wittle boy! So everyone turns against me. WHOOPDY FUCKING DOO FOR A FAIR SOCIETY. Besides, WTF happened to "Innocent until proven guilty" it's all well and good when Icemage says "Precautionary messure until we figure out what happened" but until then you have no proof to what happened. "User permanently banned for hacking" which is only your assumptiopn because you can't admit your system fucked up.
