Humans have no natural enemies, except themselves. Whether in the deep ocean (sharks, whales, fish), the desert (scorpions, snakes, hiyennas), the forest (whatever lives in forest), the jungle (whatever lives in jungle), or even in the ravaging artic or antartic (polar bears, penguins), or even in every-day life, there is not a single creature that can be considered a natural enemy. Nonetheless, when we do despair a land of it's natural habitat, it's only fair the animals get to kill us back or we get to kill them. Survival of the fittest (but be forwarned, you may be the strongest, the fastes, or the smartest, but that don't make you the fittest).

That would be like killing everyone who has ever had sex in order to prevent the spread of AIDS.
We're talking about a country who's government without much of a sense of justice and are quite backwards, they don't bother with proof.

I'm suprised no one made a comment that they did it because all of their restaurants ran out of food.

In all seriousness though this is a blatent abuse of power of the government. There is no way to justify the killing of 50,000 dogs just to stop rabies. Who knows whos beloved pet will be next because of someones bright idea. It's not just China either. Sure, there really extreme, but it seems lik every government wants to slowly take away their peoples freedom. I just don't get it.
You kill one man, your a murderer
Kill many and your a conquerer
Kill them all... your a God.

        Holy crap!
That kind of actions would lead to major riots in most countries. If some fools with sticks tried to bludgeon my dog(s), I'd defend them with my life.
