Hamlet just gave me a fat 1k bankroll to fund my gilstealing. I figure if I'm lucky, I should exponentially be able to get all of starvingartist's gil in a month.


It seems to be based off rep power, and not your green or red squares (can't get anything off of starvingartist). I thought Stooky was a prime target with his red square, but his rep power was too strong

I did get some good steals off Dragonly and some other newbie, though.
