Yep, that's definitely a TV on a unuseable signal + 1 (Due to me having the volume up on here).
Come on. That technology been there since the TV had unuseable signals. And not it's incorporated. >.>;
The last thing that we need is to hear that ringtone everywhere.

That actually seems... somewhat lower pitched than a muted TV. Definitely louder, though. The LCD TV I have doesn't make the same sound however... it seems to be restricted to CRT based displays.

I can only barely hear it... but my friend... who's partially deaf is getting really upset with me whenever I play it...

lol, 33 here, and yes that is an annoying sound. Similar to the tone pitch I hear from electrical outlets.
