  • best online japanese dictionary I've found to date.

Note that this is a 1 way JP>En dictionary. And it is a word-by-word dictionary. Putting in long sentences it will break the sentence down into each word it knows.
Very good reference, it tells you the meaning, the hiragana, the form and everything.

for example putting in sentences like
    今日はいい天気ですね
    gives me this result
    # 今日は 【きょうは; こんにちは】 (1) (n-t) today; this day; (2) (int) hello; good day (daytime greeting); SP
    # 天気 【てんき】 (n) weather; the elements; fine weather; (P); EP

        www.wwwjdic.com is the long way.

use it all the time for school, quite helpful. kanji lookup is so-so.

It's not really one way, since you can input English as well (EN>JP ^^). You can make it a toolbar button in Firefox as well :D

Sure that's really a good one? The program is a memory hog, my god does it eat memory and doesn't unload right unless you close all the firefox windows.

              W - W - W - J - D - I - C

              Got it memorized...

              /me leaves Axel mode.

Sorry don't know why but I had a BAD urge to do that.
