My monk did alright using poison knuckles, I can barely kill training bot, and his xp sucks

Kinda depends on your definition of "worth the time." You're not going to get a free car out of it, and I doubt you could put it on your resume. But it's a fun little distraction if you've got nothing else to do and understand the limitations.

I did better with my fists than with a sword as well... and don't fight pings minions... stick to the rarab and the bee for a while I think.
