Hey everyone, posting a non-ffxi post in the off topic section. Curious to hear from some of the fourm communties college graduates on their first few months after college and such. Find their first career job, getting a place to stay, deciding where to move and such.
Where do I stand... well.
Last night I found out couple of interesting tid bits of news. All and all, I found out I can graduate from college next spring with a BA in Computer Information Science form the Business college with an Japanese minor. Great. Wasn't expecting to graduate for another year after that but, if I can put some extra effort, its def. possible.
Kinda worried bout my senior year now. Considering it just became my senior year almost within 24 hours. Now I have to plan for more career fairs, resume critquing, interviews, and possible traveling during the school year. While slamming all my classes together and trying to run a student organization.
And ofcourse, play some mild ffxi while I'm at it.
I was just curious to hear from some of the more established members of the fourm on how their senior year in college went in terms of job searching, graduating, and starting a life after school. If anyone here is a Computer Information Science major as well, Id like to hear some of your thoughts.
East Asian languages has always been a side thing for me, I considered JET but Id rather start my career on computers.
