      Seeing all of these posts makes me think of how good it is for parents to be kinda strict. Even though I'm only 15 I notice how different my generation was from the previous ones. Raising a kid can only go so far, such as manners and knowing right from wrong, but the rest is mostly peer pressure and media influence. The only way the new generations are going to get better is by growing out of it really, (My friend was gothic for 3 years and grew out of it).

        But seriously, I would have to agree. Parenting can only go so far, the rest is up to the individual to decide what is right and wrong.
