He also couldn't accept the moderations ruling and acted out quite drastically. He also believed himself to be above the moderations and actions he had made showed it.

Besides that tracking as well as a certain member's behavior we have reason to believe BRP has never actually left. Though he still seems to have an undesired behavior, he hasn't done enough yet to get action taken towards him.

Actually should reword that, he does keep getting infractions still. Just he hasn't been worth the attention of the Moderation that he created with his BRP handle.
