Help Needed

As a lot of u can see, it says in my sig that my own website is coming soon. However, my only friend that can code/slice my web is too busy with the college app process, so I don't think he can help out for now. My design is already set, so is there anyone that can teach me how to code/slice it or send me a good tut link?

ummm sorry >.< i dunno any links only way i can help is by posting so it go's bhack to the top for new posts ... mabey someone else that knows something will see it up top and post something ... sorry i couldn't help more
