I need help modifing my Avvy and Banner

Here is a gif ive saved
i need it resized for avvy, and i wold like a cool banner made out of it with my name, Sakasame, my server, Seraph, and my LS, TwilightDragon
this pic is obviously in gif format, i wont the new avvy and new banner to be in motion.
If you can help just post the new pictures in this thread.
Ill choose one and post when ive made a selection, so the thread can be deleted

When u wrote banner, u meant sigs right?
I can work on the sig, but I wont be able to use that GIF. I can animate the text though.

its resizable if you use Image Ready, which comes with Photoshop
i used to have the software but had to reformat along the way ><
but if you would do that plz id appreciate it lotz
i think i can use that till someone else comes along and presents me with one i really want, no offense
