no it's not me, not all moderators know the new rule, i didn't specifically say that off topics will be Off-topic posts, and allowed some sort of spaming -.-; i forgot one thing though, i forgot to set this section as no-count towards posts count , so i'll do that now, and previously moderators who saw anyone doing this type of post, was to warn, but I give more freedom on this specific section of the community. Whenever i saw mods giving anyone on this thread a warn, i just went back and cleaered it, and when they closed it i opened it back up, -.-; i have to tell them this now. I kept forgetting to mention it, their doing the right thing though, so i can't blame them
and don't blame them either. You can always dispute your warns, if you think was not fair. and we'll all look into it.
