    BBQ like to rhyme
    now that much is clear
too bad his opinions are painful to hear
I've skimmed them and browsed them
    I've tried to relate
It's a shame that his postings
    spark naught but debate
they beg for "now see here" and "I don't agree"
and on rare occasions we just let him be
but perhaps in the future when puberty strikes
you'll see more of his posts getting more of my "likes"

I await the response that he's typing so slow
It's bound to be full of insight to bestow
A more outspoken person you'd be hardpressed to find
So lets sit back and wait for his thoughts to unwind

"You're taking too long" said the Tree of a Mod
"There are things that need doing"
"I can't waste my whole life waiting for your boo hooing"
"Could you pick up the pace?"
      "Type a tiny bit faster?"
"That I might reply here... and not in the here-after?"

I'm working on guiding a whole bunch of planes
into gates and to runways down dozens of lanes
and yet I find time to poeticly jest
while I presume you're at home doing nothing but rest
"come at me bro" said the Tree to provoke
"respond to my insults" while I'm out for a smoke

Re: The Hobbit trilogy seems to be like FFXI fantasy adventure!! a journey adventure

        Oh were you waiting?
        I had to go move,
After the car needed fixing -
        You have something to prove?

Well, wait as my internet gets started again
When when the time comes to write it there will be another event.
Something else came up, you'll see you're not really mattering.
But now that I had some time, I'll leave you this smattering.

Sound familiar? I hope so, you've made it an art
Seldom sticking with all the things that you start
But I'm glad D&D worked out and hope for your sake
The impression you leave that group is that you aren't a flake.

        ------

This is an inside burn, but a dig Mal, Icemage, Jarre and Ray might appreciate. What you had back there was an ember, but I guess it takes you many flashes in the pan to get a real fire started. It would just be nice if you owned up to things you neglected and other people's time you wasted rather than get uppity with them at random.

Some of us have a long memory, its what lets us keep a schedule

Hark! I Return! And what's this that I see?
No response? No rebuttle? No reply filled with glee?
I must say it's unlike you to just not reply
To stand there and take it... OMG did you die?

          - - - Updated - - -

Bah! You responded befor I could get the last one in! Bastard! But seriously. I do own up to the Podcast thing. In the end it was my fault for it abruptly ending and not getting back on track. But I don't consider it time wasted. I had a blast while it lasted and I did enjoy our discussions. I'm just poking fun at you because you were the one who wrote a rhyme. I would have targeted anyone.

But yeah, I appologize for the Podcast failure (I use that word knowing full well that Ray is going to say it anyway) and I appreciate your well-wishes for D&D. I do have a habit of starting things I can't finish. I can't deny that.

BATTLE ME MORE!!! DR SEUSS BATTLE, GO!!!

I've had it with this petty infighting
Like L. Jackson had with his Snakes
Aren't there more worthwhile daemons for smiting
Than each other for goodness sakes?

Ralph Bakshi's work, no doubt. He did the complete LotR in one 2 hr film. LOL

So far as imdb will say, Bakshi had nothing to do with it. The 1977 animated Hobbit was directed by Jules Bass and Arthur Rankin Jr, who also directed and produced my other favorite animated film as a child, The Flight of Dragons, as well as The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus, The Wind in the Willows, and ThunderCats. Lots of good memories wrapped up with those guys.
