not surprised, seeing as there are a lot of types of animals being associated with the man's build and personality in the gay community, and a wolf is usually seen as a manly hairy sleek guy, and a werewolf would probably define a dominant top

in any case, twilight is anything but gay, its just trying to bring that justin bieberness into the genre, since so many school girls enjoy it... free money !

I dunno, movies like Interview with a Vampire and Queen of the Damned kinda already went that direction. Vampires have always been sexual, that's what makes Twilight unique - it has an abstinent vampire. He's all like "Well, I'd like to have hot vampire sex with you, but not until the right time. So stay human and a virgin for me, mmkay?"

I suppose that's honorable for a vampire.

Alucard from Hellsing turned the female lead into a vampire because she was going to die from a gunshot wound. In that light, he doesn't seem to be such a bad guy.

Of course, he also likes to pick off other vampires that think they're the shit.

Just be thankful they're not doing romances with zombies.

They'd have to call it Donna the Dead or something. I hear she likes guys for their brains.
