I like to see her go, I'm not happy about a new love interest. At least have the actress be more normal and not just sex and candy.

One of the lamest movie shots ever has to be the one of her laying on the motorcycle talking to Sam on the cell phone.

Honestly, I wouldn't even care if any humans weren't in the next one, though that would not fit very well in the story line.


Just watched the trailer for The Last Airbender, and I'm still hopeful this one will encompass the first third of the story aka the Water Book(s).

With the Avatar movie, you can literally tell scene for scene where things were taken right out of the show. It's ridiculously clear they're definitely going all the way up to the battle of the north, and being a three movie deal, going chapter by chapter seems like the best way to do it. The details they're putting in this movie look great so far and gives me a lot of hope for it's success. And while the girl may not have the same skin tone, from what I've seen and heard, she fits the role of Katara perfectly.

My only worry is that the comedy might take a massive hit, as M Night Shamalamadingdong said he wanted to tone down the humor some. But the humor is a big part of the show, and an integral part of Sokka and Aang's character. Otherwise, everything about this movie looks like it will be great.

Avatar without the humor seems like it would end up being dull and pretentious. The humor always felt very central to the whole experience. I just can't see this making the transition to the big screen without some serious casualties along the way.

Just in case nobody knew, Avatar/Last Airbender will be in 3D... It wasn't shot in 3D and was added after the fact, however from the way it sounds it will be much better than Clash of the Titans 3D was.

I understand what y'all are saying, and I hope they do have some humor, but to be honest the path they are on is pretty daunting. In order to fit the main story into a movie format I would expect to see a lot of the t.v. shows "extra" content get left out. They may mention it in dialog but things like penguin sliding, giant coi riding, maybe even the pirates will get little to no screen time.

Edit: scratch that, they were in season/book 2.

I'm glad they got rid of that bimbo Fox. Her movie Jennifers Body bombed and she's already getting bad reviews on Jonah Hex and it isn't even out yet! Anyone that is stupid enough to bite the hand that feeds her by calling him Hitler should just go back to waitressing and let truckers grab her ass. She is a horrible actress and so full of herself, the typical bimbo actress....I bet she slept her way I to the movies. And yes, I extremely dislike her if you haven't noticed.

I just read those, lol.... what... too soon? She's probably right, though. Directors are tyrants... they have to be. Part of their job is to get the Egos... er... i mean actors to play with each other nicely. One very useful tactic is to be such a dick they glom onto each other. I'm not gonna say she isn't pretty messed up and a bimbette, but I wouldn't hold those comments over her head. At the same time, I'd never get caught saying that in such a public way. It may be the director's intention but they never like to be called on it.

... I'm also in agreement with whoever said they'd rather the next movie not even have humans. The game, War of Cybertron (or w/e), looks to be a day one buy for me if I don't hear the game is utter crap.

Actually the Pirates were in book 1, and played a pretty important role being they were the ones who blew up Zuko's ship and more or less ended his ability to freely search for the Avatar. But I can live without details like that and the penguin sledding, as long as Aang and especially Sokka retain their happy go lucky personalities. Sokka just is not Sokka without his bad jokes and goofy yet cranky temperament.

The funny thing is, Bay himself wasn't all that offended by her comments, it was his (apparently very loyal) crew who were upset by the things she said and did. Bay has such an ego on him that he'll openly admit to things like being a control freak and a little dictator. He's not one to spend all day redoing the same shot and he really does push his actors really hard. That scene in the first film where Lebeof is on the building clinging to the statue, hanging off the ledge...he was really on a tall building holding on for dear life. And Lebeof actually has a fear of heights. But Bay pushed him to get the scene and it was real fear and panic you saw on film. Bay himself knows he's a bully, and he uses it to try and get the best out of his actors.

Though ironically, rumors say that the issue that resulted in Fox leaving the set was Bay being concerned that she was too skinny and not taking care of herself well. Which if anything it meant he was worried about her health and she was pissed at him for trying to help get her back into a more healthy shape.

As for the game, everything I've seen looks great so far. About 10 different missions (five per faction) with full on 3 player co-op for the entire game. Multiple bots to choose from on both sides. A fairly simple yet still customizable Multiplayer mode where you can equip the bot type of your choice with numerous different weapon and skill loadouts (almost like MW2 to be honest, complete with streak bonuses) and even recolor and rename your bots. And the guys behind the story seem to be putting a lot of work into making sure it comes out enjoyable for fans and non-fans alike.

Plus, it has Cullen as Prime. Which seems to be the new standard as he's also gonna comeback to the role in the new cartoon as well.

I like that because as an actor I fear it but thoroughly enjoy being thrust out there like that... life is slightly boring if you don't.

Yeah the game looks dope so far. My buddies had concerns about the generic aspects of the "types" you can be. I'm pretty sure they'll be highly customizable. So they can get their O-Prime on.

Well with Multiplayer, you won't be able to 'make' a bot that looks like the actual Playable characters, but seeing as Prime is a Leader Class, you should be able to mirror his look and abilities to an extent. But the actual campaign usable bots (which Prime is one of) have their own unique looks and designs, so the MP ones will never be able to fully match them. But since Campaign has 3 player co-op, there's still plenty to play as Prime.

Yeah... I'm pretty stoked to play it. My friends just have stupid expectations. I actually prefer the taking of a generic leader type into MP than playing established looks. It's the War on Cybertron after all... millions of robots all fighting. Being one of the robots we've loved forever has it's charm but I like the idea of playing as some of the bots that couldn't escape Cybertron's demise.
