Stars Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillon. Muscial about a villain in love with a girl and the a-hole hero who keeps getting the way. Really funny and really well done.

Hulu - Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog on hulu, which as you all should know has great video streaming with minimal ads (there are only three advertisement breaks in the movie, one at the beginning, two between acts, and they barely break up the action.)
