It's been awhile since I read the comic so I might be getting Lady Deathstrike confused with another of Wolvies cronies...

Lady Deathstrike is either an alien... or she is a human enhanced with cybernetics bent on Wolervines destruction for him killing her father... something like that. If anyones read the comic, let me know which one she is and also who the other character is...

No...shes not an alien...but she is a cyberneticly enhanced human...her and her gang(dont rememmber their name off hand)kinda 'fused' her and a machine together...sorta...

She used to love Wolvie(ironic...aint it!)...but then he left and got captured by...ummm...SHI*...i forgot the name of the grope that captured him...:sweat: :sweat: :sweat: :sweat: :sweat:

anyway...thats when he got his adimantium(spelt wrong...i know) put in...

then...when he broke free...Wolvie wound up killing Lady D's dad...she found out bout this and freaked...

...she then vowed to kill Wolvie from that day on...

...or so the story goes...

For those of you who have seen the cartoon series or read the comics, doesn't X2 hint an X3 coming? I mean, Jean Grey's powers were like growing throughout the show, and in the comic series, she turns into Phoenix?

When she was using her powers nearing the end, didn't her body like had flames around it? And at the end of the show, when the camera was flying over a lake, did anyone notice a shape of orange-red flying "bird" over the lake? Either it is flying over or coming up from below...

as a follower to the comic i was very disappointed w/ both the character and story development.

I think there is a hint to X3 cause i think i saw the bird under the ocean. DOn't know if its the crumbled buildings, but i think it was the bird.

It was most definately a bird. At the very end where Jean is using her powers she gets this redish glow around her. And then at the VERY very end the bird beneath the lake can mean only one thing. But is this Phoenix or Dark Phoenix ?

At the end, that was Phoenix. Also Lady DeathStryke was under Striders control, the same way he also had Cyclopes was under his control. Anyway heres a pic of NC

This movie kicks major ass! I saw it last night and it owned! Damn the beginning was cool with the nightcrawler scene. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the acting was kinda corny. Cyclops is a pussy and almost bursts out in tears over everything at the end of the movie (but i guess if u just lost the love of ur life ud cry too), and Jean was actin all stupid in the beginning with "I feel something bad is gonna happen. *sob*". That was the only flaw for me though. Oh yeah, and Colosus was freakin awesome!!!

The movie was ok not great but ok... Colosus was shown for like 5 secs -_-, but the movie needed work if you ask me... but the NC part was the best part... ^^

It was a good movie. Gotta love Wolverine though. Especially in the school where the guys are attacking them.

I finally saw it today at 1:00 pm. Truely awesome. I also think there is going to be an X3, they were really trying with the Phoenix thing. The NightCrawler intro was sweet too. He was mad warping every where. I also like how Storm did more than just lightning.

All I have to say, is that if there is an X-3, some of the mutants I would like to see are:
-Gambit*
-Beast
-Jubilee
-Juggernaut*
-Psylocke
-Onslaught*

((* means I really want them to appear))
I also know Jubilee has been in both movies, but she did jack shit. ^_^;;
