Iphone help.

So I got an iphone today, got everything set up alright, except for the ringtones.
The little booklet that comes with the phone is quite useless. Only songs I buy from itunes can be used as ringtones, I get that. I bit the bullet and bought a couple songs on my computer and sync'd them to my phone, but it tells me it can't sync them b/c they are not allowed to be play on that computer. I'm guessing this is some sort of copyright b.s.? So do I have to buy the songs from the phone to use them as ringtones? Everything else with this phone is pretty straightforward and easy to use, but the ringtone thing has me thoroughly confused.

One other question: Is there no zoom with the camera? If there is, I could never find it.

I think on your first computer, that you have running iTunes, you have to allow other computers/devices to access your iTunes account. It might also be that you've used your account on too many computers, and need to disable it on some. I'm not sure though, I haven't used iTunes in such a long time.

Hmm, I'm using a macbook pro, now, and my desktop pc is jacked and won't run Itunes. If I can ever get it to run again, I'll try removing the account.
