Oh customer service...wait...wait...lemme grab my ankles first.
That whole "the customer is always right"...Thats BS...if you think BB not giving you a rain check on a sale item that out of stock is BS...try reinforcing a non disclosure policy, what a Prexisting Condition is, what a deductible is, why he has a deductible, why its not free and also why wart removal is considered a surgical proceedure on their health insurance policy with a 50 year old U of MN Proff who doesn't know how to use his health insurance...You've never worked customer service untill you do customer service for a health insurance company. Sometimes its just policy and supervisors, managers, regional managers CFO, CEO, VP and Pres can't change...Like i told people before "if i make an exception for you I'll be expected to do it for everyone." I made an exception once and it was a huge mistake, I'll never do it again.
For anyone who decides to yell and cuss at a customer service rep...just remember when they get off of work...they're not there to service you anymore...they'll be coming for you
