Whether you like Muse or not, if you're more than passingly familiar with movies I think you can appreciate the tongue-in-cheek humor of the music video for their song, Knights of Cydonia:

Does anyone else agree that this is one of the most clever spoof music videos ever? I see references to everything from The Matrix, Zorro, Street Fighter, Star Wars, bad kung fu movies, spaghetti westerns, and probably a ton of other things slid into the video that I missed.
EDIT: Good heavens, there's a Planet of the Apes reference... as well as a Ladyhawk reference!
EDIT 2: And a Ghostbusters reference!
