Halo the movie and DOA Movie....

Anyone hear anything about it...I heard Peter Jackson is directing it Halo (LoTR and King Kong) and the director of Resident Evil 1+2 is directing DOA.

also a small rumor of denzel washington being the voice of Master Chief.

What do you guys think??? Video game to big screen??? Should it be attempted or not even touched...

There was already a DOA movie. It's pretty.... um... not that much worse than DOAX...

The Halo film has potential, but it's not being directed by Peter Jackson. He's taking the position of producer, and his WETA Workshops is handling development of the film. Universal and Fox studios were signed on for a joint-publishing of the movie, but recently dropped support when they learned about just how much money it was gonna cost them. Rumour has it Microsoft might be footing the bill and the film will be picked up by a smaller studio like New Line.
